Supply Chain Agent – Montreal

We are seeking an organized, analytical, and proactive Supply Chain Agent to join our team in Montreal. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain activities to ensure materials, components, and services are delivered on time and meet operational requirements. You’ll work closely with procurement, logistics, production, and supplier teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining supplier communication
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment to support production schedules
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, delays, or shortages and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or documentation
  • Support logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and transportation coordination
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems and ensure data integrity
  • Work closely with production, planning, and engineering teams to understand material needs and priorities
  • Participate in supplier performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation related to supply chain performance

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or materials management (aerospace experience is an asset)
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, purchasing practices, and inventory management
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an aerospace OEM or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of contract management and supplier performance metrics
  • Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
