Key responsibilities
Define and optimize the PM plan and the technical range of equipment and systems;
-Analyze equipment performance using Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5P, GSTD, AMDEC, FMEA, etc., based on production results and CMMS (Computerized -Maintenance Management System) history;
-Identify causes for breakdowns, non-quality, and economic opportunities, evaluate and quantify impacts;
-Identify maintenance actions to be carried out within new projects, evaluate and quantify impacts;
-Propose reliability and development activities in line with established priorities and potential gains;
-Propose new technologies for replacing obsolete components.
-Conduct a monthly review with the technical team (MFT meeting) and discuss various failure events that occurred during the month, identifying causes and solutions.
-Manage and ensure the monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) related to critical equipment or systems to ensure the targeted gains duration.
-Propose reliability improvement objectives, cost reduction, and training for the three-year plan process (supported by performance indicators such as OEE, TPM, MTTR, MTBF, Downtime Rate, etc.);
-Conduct reliability, maintainability, and availability studies and analyses.
Required qualifications
-Minimum of 3 years in a technical/industrial engineering or maintenance reliability position, or significant experience in maintenance coupled with training/experience in reliability;
-Practical knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and reliability improvement, including root cause analysis of failures;
-Experience in troubleshooting mechanical systems, machine design, engineering calculations;
-Fluent in both French and English;
-Dynamic, autonomous, and well-organized;
-Excellent communicator and demonstrated leadership skills;
-Proficient in problem-solving and results-oriented;
-Proficient in the Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).
