Key responsibilities

-Conduct analysis and resolution of multiple non-quality issues using proven methods
-Facilitate and improve team governance and processes for reducing non-quality
-Implement continuous quality improvement projects directly in production
-Provide high-quality customer service to the various FAL production sectors according to the division and sector assigned to you.
-Responding to questions and needs from production teams regarding quality issues
-Audit quality processes in production to verify compliance and effectiveness.
-Acting as a quality consultant during the implementation of new industrial projects
-Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
-Ensure the dissemination of technical topics to facilitate communication with non-specialist teams.
-Demonstrate responsiveness to new daily challenges and alert stakeholders as necessary.

Required qualifications

-5years minimum of experience in quality and/or in industriel field
-Proven expertise with tools such as PPS (Practical Problem Solving), Ishikawa diagrams, the 5 Whys, and KT (Kepner-Tregoe).
-Proven ability with Google Suite (GSheet, Gslide, etc.) and Skywise for creating impactful dashboards and presentations
-Good understanding of quality systems and procedures in an aerospace production environment
-Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is an important asset in an international environment.
-Ability to plan, execute, and monitor continuous improvement projects and corrective actions, ensuring that deadlines are met.
-Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (production, engineering, logistics, etc.)
-Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with different levels of the organization
-Be able to adapt quickly to unforeseen circumstances and take initiative to anticipate quality issues.
-Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities without constant supervision. Must be able to move forward with assignments while meeting objectives and deadlines
-Demonstrate a high level of precision and attention to detail, essential in the aerospace industry.
-Ability to synthesize and analyze complex data and transform it into clear action plans.
