- Key responsibilities:
- Implement innovative solutions that will improve the way we do business, and reduce costs;

- Be responsible to synthesize simple to complex situations in order to present to different management levels;
- Interpret, verify and recognize drawings and other documents from engineering department;
- Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components;
- Define the tools needed to manufacture or assemble aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerancing;
- Harmonize the implementation of engineering or assembly strategy changes by working in close collaboration with the engineering, materials logistics, quality and production;
- Be on the lookout for ways to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies in addition to taking part in research and development projects.
- Required qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or DEC in Engineering or Aeronautics with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience;
- PMP certification or experience in project management is an asset;
- Strong experience in continuous improvement and problem solving;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- An analytical mind and an ability to efficiently solve problems;
- Leadership, autonomy and ability to work in a team;
- Logical and flexible mind, with a sense of initiative and attention to detail;
- Good work structure in order to be efficient in your work organization;
- Strong capability to synthesize and document information;
- Knowledge of Google computer systems.
