We are looking for a Painter. Reporting to the Production Department Manager, the Finisher Painter performs various painting operations on assembled vehicles. He/she may also be called upon to perform assembly operations as required.
Responsibilities
- Receive work instructions for tasks to be performed;
- Finish or paint urban vehicle components;
- Perform fiberglass repairs;
- Ensure work is completed to perfection;
- Clean tools and work area;
- Comply with occupational health and safety policies at all times;
- Open to occasional assembly work
Skills and qualifications
- DEP in bodywork or DES or high school equivalency certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education
- Pass theoretical and practical tests;
- Ability to work professionally as part of a team;
- Be meticulous and quality-oriented.
- Ability to read and interpret an electrical or mechanical diagram;
- Oral and written bilingualism (French – English) is important for communication in the multilingual environment of the customer site and technical documentation.

- More than 2 years’ relevant experience in spray painting;
